Under suitable anesthesia- local with sedation or General- the area where the implant is to be placed is approched through an incision. The incision is placed inside the oral cavity, inside the nose or in such similar place where it is least visible. A place is created for the implant. The implant is placed in the place and is fixed with one or two stitches. The incision given is closed in layers.
